2010 Acura MDX exterior design was pivotal for the company. Acura was undergoing a major rebranding effort at this time and launching the new brand with this product. My team spent months researching the brand’s new ‘early adopter’ and ‘technologically advanced’ consumer. We utilized home visits, focus groups, interviews, ethnographic studies, data analysis, and site visits to completely understand the consumer’s needs.
